Our story

Ticklist, an online solution to allow you to step back from the day to day grind, anywhere, anytime, by linking all your businesses To-Do lists, Procedures, Reporting and Monitoring to improve your business and assist your staff. Ticklist was developed to ensure every repetitive task in a business is attended to and completed consistently and in a timely manner.
We developed Ticklist for our own business needs and now since selling that business are looking to help other businesses gain control.

It provides a platform to action and monitor the unusual or one-off tasks and situations that occur, effortlessly keeping everyone informed. Eliminating the wasted time dealing with the mundane aspects of tasks whilst complementing and enhancing your existing software.

Team members, managers and business owners can all then see what stage every process is at either at work, home or whilst away.

Tania Elmer - Founder

Kyle Elmer - Founder

Tania trained as a Management Accountant and has many years of experience within the finance operations of a number of high profile, multi-million pound businesses whilst working in the U.K. and America. She also became a full time investor whilst still living in the U.K. before returning to New Zealand to run her and husband Kyle’s substantial property portfolio. 

Tania started Mana Property Management in 2007. In 2015, Tania began developing Ticklist, to systemise the business, allowing her and Kyle to be able to spend significant time away from the physical location while still being able to ensure the business ran smoothly and in fact improved with the improved systems. 
Mana Property Management was sold in 2018 and Tania and Kyle began to roll out Ticklist to other companies internationally within various industries to assist other business owners to exit the daily grind and improve the profitability and service standards while easily monitoring performance from anywhere in the world. 

Tania has served as the Treasurer of the New Zealand Property Investors Federation, an executive committee member of the Otago Property Investors Association and a Director of the Leading Property Managers of New Zealand.

My wife and I have for over a decade, been full-time property investors and have started and run a successful Property Management and Property Renovation and Construction business when we were asked to look after other peoples properties when they were having trouble or a lack of time. 
I have also trained and mentored Property Investment for investors to have better businesses, both professionally and by being a volunteer on the not for profit Property Investor Association. 
Prior to this, I was a full-time Golf Professional specializing in coaching at the home of the Ryder Cup, Verulam Golf Club, St. Albans, England.

I love to help Property Investors and Business owners improve their Property Investment and/or businesses to work harder for them so they don’t have too.
