LPMA NZ 2018 Conference Ticklist Survey results
It was great to see you at the event. Below we have the results from the survey we ran at the Ticklist stand at the conference and we will be using this feedback to continue to design ways to help you the most.
The majority of respondents were team members at 55.3%
Office Managers / Team Leaders / Business owners
Team leaders and Business owners were most concerned with issues arising after a team member left when they found work not completed. Interruptions whilst away and the day running away with them were also common issues.
Team Members
Team members were finding that their days would run away from them. Returning to issues after a holiday or break and chasing other team members were also common time consuming issues.
The survey offered a section for additional comments and the answers weighted heavily towards interruptions, inability to enjoy weekends or time off and that participants would like to improve efficiencies so that items would only be handled once rather than picking up the same thing a number of times before it can be completed fully.
In Summary
It seems that as an industry, disruptions to our day cause some of our teams and leaders their biggest problems. Both whilst at work as well as while trying to take time out of the business. These interruptions have been identified as being caused by both one off issues as well as routine items that shouldn’t cause such interruptions and time delays.
Sytemising the tasks, avoiding interruptions and saving time are all fundamental benefits of using Ticklist.
